@50rupees101 dude its per week routine 1 1st week routine 2 2nd week, but in reality just do it at ur own pace i still cant do everything in routine 1 and its been 2 weeks

so there are 11 types of 300 exercise if i do the 1st one how many days do i do that or shall i do it like this training 1 on monday training 2 on wed 3 on frid 4 or sunday and carry on and on repeat the cycle when its finished?someone please tell me

jaja at first i thought u were supposed to do 10 rounds, 300 of every exercise, damn nearly kill myself the first day, did 10 rounds and its damn hott outhere
