After, so far, watching the first 6 parts of this workout plan I have a serious quesiton… did you make up the sequence of these exercises? I wonder if you just knew of a lot of them and put them all together to invent this 300 workout.

no, half of getting stronger is the rest period where the muscle fibers that were worked in the workout- the ideal time for this is about 48 hours, so do it on alternating days. You can do cardio on the rest days. hope this helped
