ok then i got ya. so even if they’re sore rest them? and that would help build my abs faster right?
cuz i eat nothin but healthy carbs and protein
don’t work a muscle group thats already sore, so if your abs a still sore 2 days after don’t work them, go to some other area, chest and back, legs, arms, and such.
how long do i have to do this…. how many routines a day i have to do??… please help =)

I’ll throw this little bit of info out there. Before you eat any meals (breaksfast, lunch, dinner) do as many push ups, sit ups, and squats as you can, by doing that you wake your matabolisum (i know it’s mispelled) up and get it to running which make’s you burn the fat you get from eating, if you over weight this can be very helpful, also for the people that are overweight don’t worry about stength training yet, focus on high cardio routines until you get the weight down then start training.
This kills. I do it every day and I already see and feel a difference
training using kettlebells, look it up here on youtube theres account named rockbodyfitness the guy on it makes tons of videos with routines to use. that can help get you started
The only thing REALLY is lower your sugars only take sugars that come from your meals(protien shakes included),take at least 30g of protien at each meal and also lower carbs.Thats how i got my 6 pack=)

There is no ONE answer to the question, “how many times can i do this a week?” Just listen to your body, if ur sore, then rest, if ur feeling good, then do it………its that simple
do you guys realize that if you aren’t naturally slim, you have to diet to lose the belly fat and get the 6 pack to appear?
Don’t do one muscle group everyday, you build muscle when you rest if you keep hounding one area over and over every day you will go into decomp, meaning your muscles start dying so all that work was wasted. You have to have rest days.
