you’re not getting it…….abercrombie models are not the ideal picture of health. If it was a great, healthy workout it would be known…..stick to the pros that know health and fitness, not some gimmick

dont use super heavy weights! and dont squat when you are moving up in weight. Use the leg press so it takes your back out of it..

but it wasnt that easy yuritim. he worked his ass off and ate the right foods and took the right supplements to get those results. instead of believing your bullshit, go by his book and get educated.
do it on a slanted board
i use a roman chair as part of my workout but what happens to me is that my arms give out halfway through my third set! and my abs are still rarin to go! is there a specific exercise to build the muscles you use in a roman chair or do i just need to toughen up and hit the tri’s more? :P

No amount of training or advise will yield a 6 pack after a certain age unless you are genetically “dialed in” to losing fat in that area so the abs show.
Otherwise, short of starvation, LIPO is needed to remove the stubborn, remaining fat.
Count yourself “lucky” at being a fast metaboliser and able to lose the ab fat needed and stop BS’ing the People with marketing hype.
If it was that easy, everyone would show their abs.
