I’m a 19 year old fitness fanatic, and i’ve been using your videos for about a year and a half now in a routined schedule, they’re amazing and superior to any other tips on the net. I’m going to college for a fitness and health promotion course in September, where I will then work at a YMCA or GoodLife to get experience. After Business courses I hope to start my own business in one on one training.. and I was just wondering if you have a studio or if you work through a public gym….


Hey Vic, I really enjoy your videos. In this video though (and possibly other ab videos), you speak of tilting the pelvis forward, which would be called anterior pelvic tilt. For ab exercises, you want posterior pelvic tilt, or tilting it backwards, to bring your pubis to your sternum. Sounds like that is what you mean but yes, words are imperfect symbols.

You said to do each set as many as we can, but do you increase your weight for the next set. I started doing the pyramid exercise ever since my friend showed it to me. After watching your videos, I started to do my exercise slow and relax. I still do the pyramid exercise though. Do you think I should keep doing what I am doing? Thank you
