uhh! well this is my number one problem
wen i start doing an excersise its going good then someone comes along
and says ohh you have to do something elsee and then the chain just
goess on and on and on! like wen does this stop!


@FriedRice01 Yeah, for realz! And fast food is definitely cheaper than some nice, fresh, organic fruits and veggies, that shit is expensive!

@ColeDownhour Try doing crunches along with the leg raise it works if you want the burn trust me i am workin on it too and it works


PLEASE REAF THIS SO YOU CAN HELP ME
When I do any lower abdominal exercises my upper thighs are the only thing that I feel is “getting the burn” and the only reason I stop the reps is bc my thighs start to hurt long before my stomach… I think I need advice.

@foodhood sure, that stuff will help because both of those involve using your core. But spefically to get your abs to show, you must not only gain muscle by situps, but you have to loose the fat in that area. the only way to do that is to decrease your body fat percentage, and the sports you play will help, but aerobics is the ultimate fat burner. if you’re healthy and active already, getting abs should be an easy task for you, just keep at it and never give up.


@ferari912 yeah i play rugby alot! and do Ju-jitsu, so i am healthy. would that stand for the cardio? im injured now though :( so difficult to stay in shape! and i do swimming :)

so does this mean if i have an ab workout routine and i eat relatively healthy i will get a six pack? haha

there are alot of cheap low carb foods too, like eggs, cheese, fish, etc. People need to realize carbohydrates store fat post prandial because insulin sensitivity. Especially when you eat high carb late at night.


@najifa7 to disagree a buy a bag of chips and that can last me a coupple of dayz but an apple last me 5-10 mins
