How do you get your lower abs to look like Brad Pitts in the movie Fight Club without making them look bulky like on the guys in the movie 300? I want to get that lower abs definition where they stand out from your hips.

I have been working my abs 4 times a week but now they are starting to look more like 300 than Fight Club.

seriously, i know it may sound silly, but breakdancers.. wel the good ones/ serious ones at least are F****** ripped!!!

they have to be to do what they do..

I started this about… well in a few das it’ll be a month.. after about a week or so i began to see results.. jsut eat right and stick to it..

my abs are looking more toned, not HULKish… if thats what your loking for than try this..
