Well I don’t do ANY cardio…..the only thing I CAN DO is walk because I’m so overweight, I get tired easily…..it’s hard for me to jog too. I saved your video and try to do it once a day now.
it depends how often you do cardio and also weight lift,
you should do caridio 3 times a week weight lift twice and work your abs 3-4 times a week.
you can change your body incredibly in less than 5 weeks if your eager
How long would it take me (pls see my video to see my body….veerrryyy out of shape) to form my abs and burn fat? Also, how often would I need to do these in order to see results?
