im not born into the english language, soooo can anyone tell me if it says 1 rep/repitation in for example push-ups does it then mean i do 1 push up or do i do a whole set? or something….. becouse ive look’d in some of bruce lee’s books and it only says that he did like 3 sets of 20 reps in sit ups, and that easy for me, ‘couse i can do 3 set of 100 -.- and i dont belive that im stronger than he was becouse im only 14 -.-”

dont matter too much what exercise long as you overload and fatigue the muscle, unless your overly picking with the way your abs look LOL

ive tryed to find out how to work on my hips so i get like a beatiful drawing around my abs, so how did this guy get his hips fit like that, does anyone know? Either author or anyone please answer.
yeah how to train the lowest abs i got like 4 and a half but i never get it to 6
ya don’t do these workouts read mens health very helpful also you need to focus on whole core workouts too
for me i have 8 pack. and i feel some of the best things is just plain runing or runing with weights in your hands. but another thing i love is jump roping situps on situp bench and leg lifts and tons of stretching.
if you want success in getting ripped up its not a “one size fits all” program you need to discover your own routine im just saying whats worked for me and i basically copied arnold schwarzenegger

Well iv been doing this and i habe a 2 pac and like 2 and 1/2 pack i can get top abs but the bottom is annoying i do all the exercises but i dnt feel the burn eny tips eny 1 ?
