what do you suggest for people who are just skinny and need to get a little weight because i have muscle and a six pack you can still see a outline of my ribs and i really hate that

How many reps am I supposed to do per set.


hinestly i have to say i thought this was a joke at first.. its been 2 and a half mnths and i went from not a fat stomach, but a kinda chubby one. to six pack man. it really works..!

Do you have to be young to get a great stomach? Im almost 38. I feel like no matter what exercise/diet I follow it’s too late at my age.

how much pause do you take and how many reps ???


Im able to work out all my abbs perfectly fine but my left mid ab doesn’t show as much as my right 1 how could I fix that

you do like 20 reps 4 times
thats 4 sets.
so you do 20 then rest 60 sec. than again 20, rest 60 sec. etc etc.
that would be 4 sets for 1 exercise.
you do the same for the other exercises

whats that song lol and how many reps of each expercize do you recomend? ive been doin like 2 30-30 reps for ea is that enough?


i felt the burn at the beginning but then it became harder to feel the burn to the very end… I love the burn.
