you cant really target where you lose fat on your body exercise like this can really only tone a specific area the best thing to do would be cardio or areobics to burn fat or modify your diet keep doing what your doing still though more muscle mass increases your metabolism so it will help when combined with fat burning exercises

hello, I’ve been doing lots of exercises on my bums, but all I’m getting is more muscle build and the fat is still there which is a problem to me, if I do this exercise will it get rid of the fat in my bum as well, (PLEASE REPLY)
