Can anyone tell me an exercise for developing lower abs?
I do 50 basic crunches everyday but its only working for upper abs I also want to build lower abs is there any good exercise for it??? By the way 50 crunches is it good or bad?

I do knee raises to help tone and shape my abs. I started doing them on the parallel bars at the gym and soon found they were so much better than regular crunches.
You can really feel the burn and you can switch it up by rotating your legs to the side to work different parts of your abs.

Also, here is the dip machine I use at home. I found this really helpful on days I couldn’t make it to the gym. It’s light, portable, and fun to use all kinds of exercises (including knee raises)
