That’s so true. Thanks for your comment. Everyone needs to develop their abs to help with back pain!

I think the reason why you guys back hurt is because your stomach may be putting a toll on your back during the day, also the floor adds the pain because not only is the floor hard but the floor makes the burn come quicker because the floor does not form to the curves in your body appose to the bed

Thanks for the video!! nice dog :) I will try to do this..aa my back hurts sometimes, i will try your other video too, the one with the “lower back relive pain”..thanks

Umm… I am a southern gal and that’s what we do. I am also a woman and all women talk! Stay sweet. Carolyn

you talk to much

Your muscles need to rest in between workouts, so I would recommend starting out with once a day and once you have (re) trained your muscles, work up to twice a day. Your muscle soreness will lead the way. Best wishes, Carolyn

Gee sweetheart, I’m not sure? Wished I could be more helpful. Everyone loses weight differently so it would be easy for me to predict this for myself, but not so easy to predict this for you. Best of luck!

will this make my tummy flat if i do them 2 times a day??? . . . .i work and go to skool so it will be hard but im trying to get a flat tummy real bad

really simple…so i if i did 50 of these a day5 days a week how long do you think it will take me to loose 10pounds(with a balanced diet)

wow no wonder you look so good. good work out! keep up the videos

You are so welcome! XO Carolyn

thank you so much for this, i have a spin problem and cant really do anything on the floor so this really help :D.

Thanks Raychel! I have often thought to do a video about my animals only. Most of my cats are rescue cats. My dog Ruff is a Maltese but I cut his hair short. (the hairdresser in me… lol) We live out in the country and he loves to jump in the ditches and get dirty. No way to keep his hair long where I live. Its also very hot in the summer for him. I love all animals and should have been named Ellie Mae. lol Have a wonderful day! Carolyn

Hiya Carolyn, Ive Got Two Things To Ask You…:
What Type Of Dog Is That?
AND Can You Do A Video Of All Your Pets? Including Ruff? Thank You…
Great Show! Raychel

Thanks! Unfortunately, Ruff isn’t a puppy anymore. He’s actually almost 9 years old. (Born September 15, 2000.) He and my son Lars share the same birthday so it’s easy to keep track of! lol (10 years apart)

That’s fantastic! I wish you much luck! Yes, my animals are great aren’t they? I am so lucky to have them all! XO Carolyn

Wow this is great :D Im getting ready for my martial arts lessons again xD and i really need too workout my abs since allmost all the hits go too my chest or ab area (i go too kyokushin karate btw :D) Thanks again, btw nice dog :)

This is GREAT!!! Nice Puppy.

I’d start out with a few exercises everyday. Lift some weights or be sure to take a walk at least every other day for 10 minutes or so and work up from there. (late afternoon or early morning in the summer is best) Strength training is great. It combines cardiovascular exercise with weight bearing exercise. Its like getting two for one! Reverse squats while lifting weights works well. Also I recommend exercise balls. They typically come with exercises you can do with it. Hope this helps! Carolyn

could you give me any advice for someone who dosent really work out, but really wants to start. there are alot of things id like to change.

Absolutely! They love their mommy! lol I agree with your other comment (below) too! Anytime we can squeeze in a few exercises, is fantastic! Have a great day! Carolyn

A complement, it can be joined to pedalling a virtual bicycle in the air. Any kind of movement and effort we do can add quality of life and good health. “Mens sana in corpore sano”.

Again such a complete and easy gym (in bed).
your cats and dog are so calm, are they part of this therapy? Thanks

I need to do more of these myself. lol My doggy is my honey boy. He follows me around like a kid and is so sweet. His name is Ruff. Have a great weekend! XO Carolyn

Thanks a lot! That really helped and is definitely what I was looking for. Your dog is adorable, he must follow you everywhere! He stayed with you the whole time.
