never work abs everyday, they need a day of rest inbetween workouts, and switch it up everyo once in a while for muscle confusion to avoid hitting a muscle plateau


do u do this exersice everyday and for how long

i have a couple og questions for you. i watched one of your other vids. and you recomende the WHEY protine drink. and i just wonderd what kind of WHEY do you recomend. and how many days of the week should i exersize and out of thoes days how long should i go each day?
