@catnose136 lol actually everyone can get a six pack , some take more work then others , usually the ones that will have nicer looking abs take longer because there stomach is shaped to not be flat as opposed to flat by not flat i mean it comes out…. but because it isnt flat it is more appealing with a nice set of abs.

lol dont take it the creepy way…. but if yr 5.2 and b4 that stage the maximum helthy weight would be like about 120 lbs but if u did i recomend that u put on weight and to work out to develop mussles…… lol i swear i didnt mean it the creepy way

whats a heathy waight for somone thats 5.2 and ten years old??


Thank you for the advise. I have been working out seriously since last year and I did loose the weight but when I got injured I gained back 10 lbs. but I had never reached the point where my abs were showing. what can I do to concentrate on abs and core.I believe I am about 30lbs over weight
