Hi, I would recommend doing a count of 30-50 altogether. Of course, you can tailor that up or down for your fitness and comfort level. One set is fine within your ab workout routine. You can add one additional set if you want to further challenge yourself.

Hi, yes, it will because it works your core which includes your lower back. Be careful with any exercise if you’ve had back trouble. Do a small test and see how it feels first. If you wake up the next day and you’re fine, then you can continue. If you feel any discomfort, then you should avoid it. Backs can be so tricky. I have a video upcoming on strengthening the lower back which is always where the problem begins so please stay tuned :o)

Hi, yes it is fine to do cardio every day, if you do about 30-40 minutes. If you do an hour to an hour and a half you may want to limit your cardio to every other day to give your joints and body a rest in between. Yes, after cardio do your resistance exercises and ab work for a complete body workout.

You replied to my2kidsja that to get rid of the flabby belly is to get cardio first. How many cardio minutes should I be doing in a day? Is it healthy to do cardio everyday? After the cardio, can I proceed to the exercises on your video?
