Thanks for this tip. I am pretty fit all the way around, but just that stupid love handle that’s left to focus on. Thanks once again. I will try this out and of course, the cutting down of carbs and alcohol too.
Thank you so much this will help I have started working out recently and have worked every part of my body except my not so lovely love handles. I can’t wait to try these out. I was wondering how much of carbs should you cut out? I have been getting toned little by little but I still have a little chub. Thank you for all your help.
@redhead4788 yes ..lie flat with legs toughing the ground..get the crunching position of hands. pull your upper body upto mid spine a bit off the ground and try to move a bit right n left. now when you go right try to get to your extreme ..then while going left put your upper body a bit down but donot touch the ground. and raise your self up.. if you feel a bit vibration it means you are doing it rightly…if not then you are not going to extreme …thanku for reading it all ..

@privitebunny96 took the words right outa my mouth…and my shirts are so small and i feel like a fat hog when im shopping 2…like when the store clerk is skinny and sees my pants size i bet they are thinking im a lard ass in thier mind and my sis always makes fat jokes bout me
I got rid of my love handles by eating whole GRAIN breads and cereals, and just by generally eating healthier. You know the usual. Drink water, eat more fruits and vegetables, etc. I didn’t even need to exercise!
@bluepurplepink1 grr sometimes i hate shopping for clothes im a size 11 too and i feel like the ppl that put my clothes in the change room think im fat of something i cant get over how my my weight is screwing up my life i wanna be the hot girls in short shorts that the guys *want!!!! i only have 1 mouth to be like 18 ponds lighter i want to be hot when i go back to school!

Hi Sarah! I found your videos totally by an accident. I wanted to mention that the first move in this video is quite hard - my arms are not strong enough to hold my bodyweight … My arm starts shaking. I wanted to ask is there any other way to help making this exercise a littel easier on my hand? The 2nd exercise is the best, can feel that it works and it’s the easiest here. Last on is quite hard too, if I don’t have anyone to hold my legs. Thanks anyway!
@bluepurplepink1 yeah i have some *curves* lol my hips are stupid whenever i wear jeans they always look more bigger so i live behind sweaters so no one will see and my thighs are pretty big i *cant wear short shorts i feel like crap cuz all guys like lil girls will nice legs and that dosent help that im 14 and 5′7 or 5′8 its so awkward around guys i just wish i was bron petie (skinny/small)

Hi Sarah! Please reply! I am just about to be 13 in 3 days:) and I can’t go to a gym, if i do these workouts at home when will i start to see results? I am about 48 inches around.. :( how much excersing should i do each week to see the fastest results and what videos do u reccomend
