When you do this stretch try to focus on the abs more and putting less pressure on the back, you don’t want to go to far back just enough so you can feel the stretch without too much discomfort.

lose weight, seriously you can do all the crunches you want in the world but if you have too much fat your abs won’t show
that stretch helps stretches your abs but it really hurts your lower back bone… i’ve been doing this stretch for awhile now and i am really paying the price for doing this stretch because my lower back bone is really killing me…
Also a Bridge is a good starter too. should incorporate that into the video and also other numerous stretches.
depends on how your muscles work. i hardly work on my abs but when i crunch until i cant nomore i got the strenght of my abs back in a week and a half. still got a wee bit of fat though but i could always cycle/run that off.

hey um, I was wondering how long it would take to have abs form.
I have been exersising my mid section regularly, and I don’t know when I should expect some abs forming
