If your sore after doing an ab exercise does that mean its working?
Because i do a ab exercise and i can only get through half cause its so hard. So does that also mean that its working? Also i am sore for about 5-10 mins after the exercise does that mean that its building muscle?

no, it means you did too much. you have to sort out your sets/reps do your first set, with 5 reps then take a break for 1 min
second set 10 reps break 1 min
third set 20 reps then stop
