In Home chest and ab workout

This is a great chest and ab workout you can do in your the comfort of your home. The exercises for chest are the fly and press. For abs exercises, I show the ball crunch and forward ball roll.

mmm the band its just a regular exercise band i guess
The ball is called swiss ball or stability ball. They come in different sizes, just pick a medium one.

what is that training band called?

& the ball?

yes dude loose weight it will be good for you

yes but its not inntense

will this work for a 15 yr old?

Thanks for sharing the tips

I’m happy to hear it has worked for you. Thanks for the feedback

Thanks, I viewed this video in March. Im a sophomore on high school, and I wanted to do football and wrestling, but I was kinda whimpy and I watched this video and followed it. Now I play on the offence line as a quarter back’s guard, and I just joined wrestling. Thanks a lot

awesome idea man thanks !.. my mom sells those balls for schools lol

that ball is good if u have a spinal problems too. good idea to use it while u do some weight training. use the ball instead of chairs

I agree, although for me I tore my shoulder doing flyers awhile ago, so I have modified the exercise. Thanks for the comment.

i guess i’ll need to get a ball :(

Sorry but those are more dumbbell presses than they are dumbbell flies. Your elbows are bent to about 90 degrees and you’re pressing them back up. With dumbbell flies, your elbows are supposed to be slightly bent and more or less maintained that way throughout the workout. The arms should pivot around the shoulders to clamp the dumbbells up rather than pressing them.

I know no one likes to be corrected but I thought it’d just be some helpful advice.

im gettin a ball :s

amazing video

Great video dude. Thanks!
