@eriks001 that is usually because they train their core indirectly in other ways. many of them do deadlifts and squats, both excellent and difficult excercises that strengthen and sculpt the lower back and abs as well. i know guys whove never done crunches in their lives who have six packs from powerlifting

hell yeah you build muscle on your abs you dont just worry about burning fat like all of these damm programs focus on

nobody ever tells you that you have to build there before you will see the packs

and maby that its really hard to build muscle on a very low calorie diet that provides very lil carbs for energy

but the thing is some ppl dont have muscle there so they could be 0% bodyfat and if so dead BTW
and thay wont see nothing .


ok well then can yu explain how the people in jail got super rock hard abs and they r showy too and they do them daily…..

great video ive always wondered how many days a week to work abs but makes sense u gotta let ur abs rest n repair jus like any other muscle im already on a good diet so im gonna stick to this workout thanks


haha na i got thick bones im 14 now working out has given me the edge in football so i highly recommended working out for kids

it doesnt really make a difference, however if you must do them on the same day it’s better by far to do this workout first and then run. once you are done with both however it’s important that you consume a good amount of protein (about 30-40g) in the form of a protein shake, or any kind of meal or food so your body and muscles can repair itself and recover

Great, im seing results for now over the last weeks. Last month I had a fat belly and no any girls liked me. I carved out my upper abs already (2pack) It looks great, im watching forward for more results Thanks as well.


if you go to a gym i’d advise you to add in some incline reverse curls as well (lie n a decline board and raise your legs till yur knees meet your hands)although you’d reveal them if you just cut down bodyfat further.


hey im 13 ive been working out for 6 months hard 3 times a week. i have toned my upper abs i have a realy nice 4 pack but my lower abs arnt as good as my upper abs what can i do to tone my lower abs other than reverse crunch?

This is horse shit, everyone has a six pack, the only way to get them to show is NOT by doing a billion ab excercises.. it’s intense cardio with a strict low carb diet to remove the layer of fat covering your abs.. the ratio should be (3 cardio workouts : 1 ab workout session). this is a useless vid…
