Killer Abs (Power90 Ab Ripper 200 + P90X Ab Ripper X)

This is one of my favorite ab routines! This is a 25 minute ab workout that combines both Ab Ripper 200 from Power90 and Ab Ripper X from P90X. Every move is 20 reps. You really get a burn going and this workout takes a good amount of ab strength to last the full 25 minutes. I do this ab workout once a week, then another day I will usually do Insanity Cardio Abs, and the other day I will usually do 12/20 Abs. Variety is the spice of fitness people!
