For each excercise u do on your back, it is recomended to raise your head up also, make your back into a “V” sorta shape. i do this circuit, a 6 minute circuit, and a 10 minute circuit twice a day and i really feel it. but try raising your head and tell me what you think.
me, i already had a 6 pack faint but this made it and is still making it very difined i do thia and abbs from hell now do this then streight after abbs from hell
trust this workout it mint once u memorise it i recommned 40 reps on each exercise 2x a day its really showing a big improvment, also do something for peck muscles too coz 6 pack with no peck muscles would look weird xD (pressups 100 a day would be good)
I want a 6 pack…. and i tried this workout immediately after starting my abs were on fire…. and i took this as an evil omen. so i got up and shouted DO NOT WANT. and I cried myself to sleep in shame of my failure.
i do this 2 times a day and 25 reps for most excrecises except jackknifes which is 15, streight after i do 20 pressups each time, and already im seeing a great improvment this VID OWNS! lol cheerz
You should show us your abs. I did the workout it is tremendous but I am wondering what would happen if we did more than this 4 minutes a day. I feel I could do more.

edit: do this other exercise i forgot name of other exercise and use abbs from hell as a cool down
im doing 2x a day now and coming upto 774 reps a day and doing wonders lol mint how its for free :p
do you have to do this entire routine to see results? or can you choose a few of them and get the same results?

man I’ve been doing this exersice for like 3 weeks already! … how many times week am I suppose to do this? and how many sets?
The fat ass cameraman looks like he could benefit from this workout.

i prefer this workout to so many others, it actually makes the abs burn, though i would personally increase reps of each move/time held.

Just curious, how many times should you do each exercise? I want to have a flat stomach so I’m just wondering.
