Shall i do abs workout 6 days a week or less than that?
I’m a guy and have a flat stomach but i still want 6 packs.I want to know if i should workout my abs 6 days or less than 6 days?

do it 6 days as far as i can say……..do cardio for sometime to get a tight stomach……….

If you are able to work them out 6 days in a row then you aren’t doing the right exercise to make them grow.
Do weighted incline situps:

You should manage 3 sets of 5-8 reps at the maximum weight and incline before you can’t carry on. You’ll need a full days rest to recover if you are doing them properly.

No muscle or muscle group should be worked two days in a row.
Ab exercises is where we tend to forget that.
Do multiple ab exercises every other day.
As part of an overall workout program, do upper body and abs one day, lower body, back and core the next.
If you are doing lots of different exercises working all muscle groups, you need to take one complete day of rest per week.
