Everyone has, actually, 10 pack abs. The last 2 are impossible to see though as they are underneath your pubic area. :)

Thats great but I don’t have any of the equipment nor a gym nearby to do this so yeah…This was kind of a waste of time…

dude jeff i bet you could totally compete as a fitness model…if vince del monte can win 1st in Canada…you probably could too.
Taylor has certainly worked hard to keep the role in New Moon, but I believe that about half of that muscle/weight gain would be through natural development at such a young age.
Even still, if he put on 10-15 pounds of muscle in that year then Taylor still has my respect.

@ChrisL101 well, i can understand a little more than 5… but 30?… muscle building is a slow process because the body can’t store protein, even with 200+ grams of protein a day doesn’t sound right with 30 pounds within a year.. if he’s legit than that’s just crazy
