im jus like that also! i have 4 packs under my fat that only shows wen i deflate my stomach! and im also 140 pounds.any tips on how to lose that?

endurance like being able to consistently keep doing and doing and doing an exercise… long-distance runners train for running endurance, and I had built up a lot of endurance for the job that I used to do, and used to do it non-stop for like 8 or more hours at a time with no break

when you do start to do more exercises, some fat is burned off of that area, particularly in between the muscles. to make you slim there to see a sixpack, however, you do need to do cardiovascular exercise also


What do you mean by endurance? I understand the whole eating habits thing, what to eat and not to eat. But I’ve always heard ab exercises don’t get you abs it’s just cardio.

Any tips? I have a lot of core strength from training, but I still have a lot of fat. 140 pounds with 22% BODY FAT!! >=/

Glad you mentioned the lower back pain, cause i get that all the time, and im not fat or anything, im just not muscular. I have the iron gym so i do this, i just need to focuse on not swinging.


if you constantly train your muscles for endurance, you will lose the fat that’s in between the muscles, but to lose the overall fat, cardio is definitely a good idea. although, it’s not necessary, but in such a case you have to REALLY watch your diet, ie. eating the perfect amount of calories with high protein and fiber and low fat contents ;)

type in “navy seal ab workout” its the first vid. its a really good workout.


Abs do not get rid of fat. You have to do that yourself. Eat nutritional. Try some laps. Burn more carbs than you take in carbs. Then, you can try situps. Also, instead of situps, try other ab workouts. Look up on youtube if you need additonal workouts for abs, trust me It’ll be worth it.


ab workouts like sit ups and crunches cant remove the belly fat. cardiovascular exercises are best to lower you body fat. If you dont have time then you should quit doing the sit ups and just do cardio.
