@qmyxpa0c1l01 that happened to me as well, i started with 15 reps each, and 3 sets a week, after 2 months, im doing 25 reps each, and once a day! so when you feel like its becoming easier to do, just add a couple more reps, cause your abs will slowly develop a resistance to the motion.
thats why the most ultimate workout technique is the ’spartan training’ where you never do the same exercise twice!
ive showed it to some of the MMA fighters I train with and they love this core work (as do I)out. Would you care if I linked this video to my facebook so more people could see it?

@qmyxpa0c1l01 glad you’re listening to your body…it will get easier..so NOW it’s time to either advance to the next clip…the advanced navy seals ab clip…or add resistance to the moves in this one by either wearing ankle weights, wrist weights or using both…ok?~ahmad
Hello, I’ve been doing this work out 2 times a day every day for about a week, and I’ve noticed that the workout has become easier every day and lately doesn’t even hurt my abs when I do it. I’m just wondering if this is supposed to happen. Thanks.

@lilcobra58 the plank is the top position of the push-up…if that is too tough, do the position on a higher surface than floor…be safe.~ahmad
