Do you feel that placing your hand on your abdomen is helpful during this exercise? This is great for lower abs!

Are you suppose to do movie 1,2 and 3 in one? And how many sets? and how often?:P


I’m fairly ambivalent about abs exercises. It is impossible to ‘target’ fat loss from a specific area; you can only lose a general percentage of fat overall. As this is the case enlarging you abs beyond their natural healthy size, whilst still carrying over 12% body fat, will only give you a LESS flat stomach. The more muscle you have, however, the more calories you burn sitting down, so to burn that fat and reveal the abs that are already there, hiding, muscle up your pecs and thighs instead!

its not easy to lose fat from lower abdomen,and sometimes some can get pain in his back


should i do all three of these videos every day or every other day?
