Side scissor is really worthless, all you train is your leg and your neck.

can anyone help me out? i’m skinny like I have skinny arms and skinny legs wtv but my stomache is kinda fat and flappy and i have a buldge on my lower ab which makes my lower ab bigger and more of a buldge than my upper abs. I want to get a FLAT stomache and get bigger arms, can anyone help me out and btw i tried eveything cardio crunches legg lifts for a long time i cant get rid of it
do work my abs the same way i work everything else, with 3/4 sets 20-30 seconds inbetween sets and 1-1.5 mins between exercies. does anyone have any thoughts on that
do all part 1 after another without breaks for best results stopping only to drink some water

Should you do all of the workouts (parts 1-3) all in one day…or like the first workout on Monday second Tuesday and so on!!????

NOOOOOOOOOOOoo if you really want abs do the 8 minute ab work out TRUST ME IT GOT ME A 6 PACK in 2 MONTHS and im not even skinny i got some fat
