Does this only work on people who are tiny to start with? I’m not fat at all but i have a stomach that i want to get rid of, will this workout help me achieve a flat stomach at all or will it just build up the muscle underneath the tummy?


tracy anderson changed my life. I have been working out my entire life! This counts.


I don’t like her she brags about her movie stars and things she is so great
because of that……..turns me off.

@4BodyGoals I agree with what you said here. I just think she is overrated. Because she worked with Madonna and Gwyneth doesn’t make her a “top trainer”. Madonna was always fit and Gwyneth was never fat …and “regular” people are gonna run out of money before they reach their goal and they will probably be left with false info on healthy habits and body functions. Moving is good for everyone but Trashy Anderson is not the person to throw your money at to get healthy and strong, that’s all.


@Naanoux Don’t get so angry about it, who cares i didn’t even know who she was lol. My body fat percentage is average to low. l can do moves that require me to be strong, try breakdance, ballet or yoga and you will know it requires strength. What i meant by more muscle than you need was that in my opinion and experience, they don’t need to be huge in order to be strong. What do you do that requires more strength than me? Being able to lift heavy weights and pose on a stage flexing?


I used to do yoga and pilates. But I have been doing her work out for a two months now - I like it - it makes me feel more connected to my body and I can see the difference. I am petite like her to start with, so I love the dancer body look. Everyone is different - so each to their own.


@FreedomGirl87 like you said, do exercises you like, keep it up for some time with good eating habits and you WILL get results. YOU DON’T NEED HER JUNK !!! Her moves are … I don’t even know how to qualify … not functional, useless, random ?. I mean, anybody can move any-fcking-how, like she does.

It’s ok if you like it but it’s a shame that she is said to be a “top trainer”. SHE IS NOT !!!


@FreedomGirl87 … no, it’s a low body fat level that makes muscles more visible; and to build bigger muscles, you need to eat above maintenance weights or not …

@Naanoux I would never have babyfood for a diet. I have a clean healthy diet. I know her other dvd looks shit because you need to have space and it’s difficult to pick up her moves. But this doesn’t look so bad, if you do the exercises that you like, feel them working, and keep at if for a few months with some cardio and it will give anyone results.


@Naanoux I don’t think Jillian Michaels does heavy weights (but yet she’s slightly too bulky compared to what I’m aiming for) Weights will make the muscle more visible, and some people don’t want that. I know dancers smaller than me, and people who do advanced yoga who can do moves that require amazing strength, but their arms are small. You don’t need weights to be fit & strong, using weights builds more muscle than you actually need.


@FreedomGirl87 …yeah and get an ED by adopting her 800 cal babyfood WTF diet and get women scared of developing huge muscles if they use more than 2 lbs dumbells … it might work AT FIRST for people who have NO background in working out and eat TONS of junk …. Otherwise … STAY AWAY FROM IT you will learn/get NOTHING FROM HER !!!!!!


@Naanoux An anorexic wouldn’t be as fit as her. She is just helping people become toned yet slender, there isn’t anything wrong with it, some people prefer this look to having really ripped muscle. I’m a dancer, and prefer to be as small as possible. Ballet dancers have the toned but slim look, it’s still healthy but a different body shape compared to say Jillian Michaels for example who has slightly bigger arm muscles.

i really like you workout and i just received your mat workout DVD 2 weeks ago. Now my problem, i broke my leg and i’m not allowed to stay on my foot. What kind of exercise can you recommend now, because i don’t want to stop my exercise.
