what are some good exercises for the inner thighs and the abdominals?
I believe consistency to any exercise will do good but I dont know what exercises will build a particular part. I have been trying to tone my thighs and stomach. Im a 6ft 4in, 250 frame, I still have some potential to tone up.What are some “effective” exercises that are good for my thighs and stomach.

I found an exercise for abs on a website once. It’s pretty tough to do a lot though, lol. Anyway…

If you have one of those big work out balls… lay down on the floor flat. You can either hold the ball above your head, or between your feet. Above your head, I mean with your arms on the floor over your head.. kinda like you’re stretching, you know? And then lift yourself up, and transfer the ball from your hands to your feet and go back down, and then transfer it from your feet to your hands, and repeat. They said on the site to do about 12. I can barely do that, lol. But once your muscles get stronger, it should get easier.

Good luck!

Thighs: lunges, squats, and wrap a resistance band around both of your ankles, and pull one foot away from the other one in a sideways motion (like walking sideways). Also… lay on your back and put your heels on top of a step which is right at your buttox or just a few inches from it. Knees are bent toward the ceiling, and toes pointing toward the ceiling. Lift your butt off of the ground, and put it back… repeat.

Stomach: crunches and all the variations of crunches (with legs up… twist to the side… etc.) and also “plank” position. Get into position like your going to do a push up… but rest on your elbows. Lift up so that your elbows are on the ground at chin level… and you are on your toes… and nothing else is touching the ground. Hold for 1 minute.

Crunches or sit ups are good for your abominates and nice wide squats are good for you glutes, buttocks, and your thighs. You should stretch before doing these though. If i had to choose between sit ups or crunches i would choose crunches because they do not put so much stress on your back. Hope i helped.
