What is the best lower ab workout that can be done in 15 minutes?

I need an ab workout I can do in my office, that only takes a few minutes a couple times a day. I have to burn off a little lower belly bulge.

laying down flat on the floor and contracting your legs to your chest and extending them straight out without touching the floor. its easy and you can do it anywere.


You don’t want to hear this, but there is nothing you can do in your office for a few minutes a day that will help you lose those extra pounds. If you don’t have time for some running, you should at least watch your diet. Cut out white flour and all refined sugar (white and brown). Cane sugar is a good alternative but in moderation. Cut out white rice, white pasta, and eat whole wheat bread in moderation. I’m no expert, so SEE A NUTRITIONIST. And try to make time after work to run. Even a slow jog will get results.
