What other exercise is good for abs, other that sits ups?

I’m pretty skinny, so I don’t have any fat on my stomach. I’m already doing sit ups to improve my abs. Is there any other good exercise I can add to my routine.

crunchs are the best! i do them every other day
3 sets of as many as you can do. you’ll see results i do.


crunches are the best. if you can, go to walmart and get a small gym ball. they work well for crunches.


Getting six pack or ripped abs is quite simple - even if it isn’t easy!

First you will need to work out - often ab specific exercises aren’t necessary, as a good whole body work out will also work the abs.

Second you need to lower your body fat percentage so that the abs show through rather than being covered by a layer of fat.

How long this will take depends on where you start from, and how much work you put in!

If you want to develop your abs then I recommend getting a good book about it so that you can find the best diet and exercise and tailor it to your own needs. A great review site that has found the three best books is here:
