Which is better? Doing sit-ups and other abs exercises on a exercise ball or on the floor?
I know i just asked this question but i have more details now.

OK, so when i do sit-ups on the floor, i completely feel it in my stomach. When I do them on the ball, I barely feel it at all. So which is better? And if the ball is better, why dont i feel it?

I believe the ball is better because u bend farther back on the ball and u dont feel it maybe because when you’re all the way back your stretching the muscles at least thats what i think.
