Workout plan for sexy Victorias secret abs?
I’m a girl and i want abs. I’d like to have them by may or june.
I’m working out to “jackie xtreme abs workout” and i want to know whats best for me. Food wise and how often to work out. i usually do this: 15 minute workout one day, then i have 2 days to rest, then 15 workout again. tips?

try 20 min rest a day 20 then rest a day. works for a lot of ppl. and drink lots of water.
